Our Aim
We design, develop, install and deliver broadband based communications solutions and services for several markets:
- Tertiary education;
- Key workers;
- Multi-tenant units.
Keycom has created a number of proprietary systems and applications and put together a menu of products and services designed to improve communications and facilitate access to information for institutions, students, key workers and public and private multi-tenancy accommodation throughout the UK.
We are now a market leader in the delivery of value added communications services to students and key workers in the NHS. We now deliver services to over 70 separate geographic locations and more than 50,000 customers.
Our Backbone
We have built our own service management platforms which, in conjunction with our partners, give us flexible control over our services and our network. This gives us commercial and technical packaging options which allow us to create and test new products in a self contained environment. We’re a full ISP and utilise that ISP status and capability to deliver a wide range of modular, complementary products and services to our customers. Keycom have relationships with major voice carriers to ensure the high availability, and cost effectiveness of each route.
